      ＜Steps from application to entrance into school＞<br>
      <br>
      <strong>１．Application</strong><br>
      <br>
      　・The applicant's proxy ( financial supporter or presenter ) will come to our school within the application period, with all the required documents.<br>
      　・Where application is made directly from abroad, send the forms by EMS.<br>
      <br>
      <strong>２．Examination</strong><br>
      <br>
      　・The first examination・・・a documentary examinaiton.<br>
      　・The second examination・・・An interview with the financial supporter, or the presenter, who resides in Japan. An interview with the applicant if staying in Japan.<br>
      <br>
      <strong>３．Application to the Immigration Bureau of Japan</strong><br>
      <br>
      　・We apply for authorization of resident eligibility in the place of successful applicants.<br>
      <br>
      <strong>４．Delivery of Certificate of eligibility</strong><br>
      <br>
      　・In case that applicants pass screening by the Immigration Bureau, "Certificate of eligibility" will be delivered to us ( usually about a month before the start of courses ).<br>
      　・ The successful applicants or their proxies will be contacted and requested to come to school in order to deliver entrance fees, and to receive "Authorization of resident eligibility" and "Permission of entrance into school".  <br>
      　・Where application is made directly from abroad, we will send those documents by EMS as soon as we confirm remittance of the entrance fee.<br>
      <br>
      <strong>５．The acquisition of a studying abroad visa</strong><br>
      <br>
      　・With "Letter of Admission" from us, "Certificate of eligibility" and a passport, successful applicants will apply for a visa at Japanese diplomatic offices in their home country ( Japanese Embassy or Consulate ).<br>
      <br>
      <strong>６．Entrance into school</strong><br>
      <br>
      　・Successful applicants should deliver the tuition fee before entering into school. They are supposed to enter Japan before the placement test that is given a week before the entrance ceremony.<br>

      　　We will explain the placement test, the entrance ceremony, and the agenda of opening of lectures. <br>

      ・Successful applicants should deliver the tuition fee before entering into school. <br>・The placement test that is given a week before the entrance ceremony.<br>・For those who wish to cancel their enrollment please do so by the following dates. April course: By 31st March. October course: 30th Sept. Tuition fees will be returned but entrance fees are no refundable.

      　In case where application forms are submitted through a foreign students center or a Japanese-language school, the deadline for application, the term limitation for tuition fee payment, etc. will be different from where application is made on an individual basis.<br>
    Please consult each affiliated institution.<br>

      <strong>２．Examination</strong><br>
      <br>
      　・The first examination・・・a documentary examinaiton.<br>
      　・The second examination・・・An interview with the financial supporter, or the presenter, who resides in Japan.<br>
      　　Successful applicants must pay the examination fee ( and also the entrance fee and the tuition fee for 6 months, in case where expenses are covered by money sent from their home country ).<br>
      　　Applicants from China will be given an interview and a written test, in addition to a documentary examination.<br>
     　*An examination of a one-year course is a plan of the end of October.<br>
     　*An examination of one-year and six month course is a plan of the end of April.<br>
     　*A plan of a place is Beijing / Shanghai / Dailian / Shenyang.<br>
